Hotel was great although we didnt have a lot of contact with any staff. It was convenient for buses into Le Mans and just a short walk down the road was a lovely Bar, Boulangerie

All you need from an overnight cheap stop - all worked fine and clean

Good value for money hotel. Small room but clean and comfy. Rooms could do with Air Conditioning though

We were only passing through on our way elsewhere, but hotelwas a reasonable place to stay over.It is starting to look very worn, and is probably due an update.

Ok for the price, free parking and felt secure enough.

Usually rooms here are ok, basic but only sleeping here. This time pillows were AWFUL nearly non existent. New bedcovers are rediculous! You have a sheet and a bed cover that fits the bed but if one person pulls it over the other person goes cold-too small and we are average people

Our nightstop

Double room with just enough room to get round the bed, but no more. The shower room was very small indeed. Almost impossible to shave over a minute wash basin. Very difficult to sit on the loo without your chin in the wash basin.
Breakfast was fine and we slept reasonably, so ok for a night’s rest off the autoroute.

Don’t expect too much

We stayed at this place driving through France. It's great for a very short stop and does exactly what you pay for. 

Those of you who do not keep pets indoors, beware, dogs are kept in rooms! 

Pros:
Clean place, clean toilets, clean shower cubicles and plenty of them. Rooms are small but clean and equipped with a small window which opens, a TV, a heater, a small sink and power sockets. 

Cons:
Corridors smell of filthy cigarette smoke.

Improvements:
A small bar of soap in the bedroom would help as there is no soap or sink in the toilets. 

A thicker blanket should be provided in winter for those who want a little fresh air and cannot stand the smell of smoke. 

Extra effort needs to be made to stop people from smoking in the building. It really damages the whole image of the place. 

Overall I think this place deserves 4 stars but I decided to give it 3 because of the cigarette smell. 

Decent stop for a quick over night stay

Near the autoroute access and there must be at least a dozen restaurants within a 15 minutes walk, along with an Auchan hypermarket. The receptionist spoke English, which was a bonus. The place is basic, clean and reasonably well maintained. Standard format F1 hotel with separate self-cleaning toilets and showers. If you want more, you can always pay more at one of the neighbouring hotels.

Fine for a cheap stay to break a journey.

Stayed here for one night whilst motorcycling in France, and for this purpose it was adequate. Very basic hotel, but what I'd expect for the low prices. Vending machines in reception, (hot and cold drinks), toilets and showers are shared, ( no en suite in f1 hotels!). Room i had would sleep three, one double with a single bunk above, also had a sink with hot and cold water, TV, but only French channels, and two power sockets. Breakfast was served from six. Bread, jam, cereals, orange juice and hot drinks. Several restaurants within walking distance, so no problem finding food.
