A very charming guest house, in a quiet suburb of Le Mans. No off road parking and a steep drive to walk up, unlit at night as was the entrance hall. The room was in the attic but had air-conditioning and was beautifully furnished with very modern en-suite. Breakfast was good with cereals, breads, yoghurt and plenty of coffee. A good stay for the price.
