Beautiful big bedroom with spacious en-suite shower room and a private terrace. The B&B is in the heart of the old town and very quiet and peaceful. Our host was very welcoming and cheerful. I would highly recommend this charming place.

The owner is extremely nice and kind! We arrived late at night and she was waiting for us to give us the instructions for our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and silent. The bed was comfortable as well. The hotel is cozy and is located in a charming property right in the city center. The breakfast is served in a cozy room and there were plenty of delicious things: french bread, croissant, jam, cheese, honey, hot chocolate, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruits. I definitely recommend this place!

I enjoyed Uzes but loved staying here.  I would come back to Uzes just to stay here again. The room and outside sitting area (in the one bedroom place) was perfect. Comfortable and well appointed.  The breakfasts were a real treat and I appreciated the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the owners of this place. My one very minor irritant was the wifi was a bit spotty but this hardly marred a first rate place to stay.  

Uzes was so wonderful I could have stayed a week...and this B&B was so special, both in location right in the middle of the town, close to everything, and the hosts who were so helpful. I called when we got to town and parked for directions to get to the B&B and she met us on the corner and walked with us there. Our room was great with the rooftop terrace right off it...so nice! And breakfast was wonderful too. We were there for the Saturday Market which is a huge treat..and also the Sunday flower market which is even better. But walking around all of the streets and being able to go back to where you are staying right in the middle of it all is so nice. She gave restaurant suggestions, sights to see like the garden that are not publicized so well, and parking suggestions (you can park right almost in front without charge from 7 PM Saturday until 8 AM Monday). It doesn't get better than this!

Uzes is a nice town with heaps of character. the B&B was a bit tricky to find as driving directly to it is not possible. It is a very popular town for tourists and paid parking about 500m away, on the edge of town is one of the few options.  We were there during the French music festival, so accommodation was at a premium. 
Parking on the edge of town in a metered spot we used out map to wind through small streets to the B&B, which was not far, but everything seem further when doing it for the first time. Wheeling bags on cobbles is ok but you need good bag wheels and minimise bags carries by hand.
We were greeted warmly and shown to our room on the second floor. lovely views down the crooked alleyways of the town.
A lounge room, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet were all clean and well maintained, but as the weather was in the mid to hi 30's the room was hot. a large fan assisted sleep at night and the windows can easily be left open with no insects to worry about, but closing up the room during the day meant a ritual of opening everything up in the evenings.
In ancient town like this, lack if lifts and A/con is a minor inconvenience and part of the adventure.
There was no fridge in the room which we would have liked, but Madam said to knock on her door and she would put drinks in her fridge. A kind gesture, but again, a bit inconvenient.
A standard French breakfast (Cafe, Croissants, Confiture etc) is available in her dining room and the owners were very hospitable. 
Their English is quite good (certainly better than my French) but still, communication can be a challenge on some subjects.
The main street (Markets, restaurants etc is only 40 metres away and once you learn the circular nature of the roads (due to the medieval age of the town) after a few days it becomes easier to negotiate.
Locals are tourist friendly as long as you try to fit in and speak the usual French pleasantries.
Well located for surrounding towns as well as Pont du Gard etc and whilst Uzes is a well known and popular town there are many unknown  towns in the surrounding area well worth stopping at for lunch, but brush up on your French as ordering food can cause some funny moments (My side salad and was served with a packet of potato chips when I thought I was getting french fries. hahaha) 
Uzes makes for a great base to explore the area and wandering the town is safe and character filled, but parking is a difficult. As the parking is done by machines, make sure you have the appropriate cash available and be prepared for someone in front of you at the exit gate to cause delays because they didn't pay before they try to leave.
I was concerned about hire car damage in an outdoor public car park, but there were no problems as it is considered normal practice.

This is a charming little B&B inside the historic city with a lovely lady who runs it.  I booked through booking.com (for 2 adults and 2 children) and when we arrived there was clearly something amiss.  I booked the family room.  The woman then informed us it would be an additional 40 euros for the children....the reason I am doubtful that this was a booking.com problem is because we stayed at many other places throughout our trip and this was the only one that did not have two adults and two children on "their" reservation.  We paid the extra 40 and it was okay.
