Résidence Lagrange Vacances Les Chalets Edelweiss

Stayed here with my partner in March 2023 for 1 week. Before going I had read the Tripadvisor reviews and I was preparing myself for disappointment as a result BUT we had such a perfect week: - 2 of us stayed in a 1 bed apartment and had more than enough space (but do agree it would be cost with 4 people staying there). The apartment was clean, warm and had everything we needed. - there were no toiletries/ cleaning supplies/ only 1 toilet roll supplied. With any apartment in France you need to bring your own supplies but that was fine with us. There is a Spar in the village but as it’s the only shop you should be prepared for a very expensive shop. - the staff were very helpful and opening times were very clearly communicated to us. Our transfer from Geneva was running late and we didn’t know if we’d arrive before 8pm (their closing). After a quick call they let us know our room number and that it would be unlocked ready for us which was great. - the location is the best we’ve ever stayed at in La Plagne. It is truly ski in ski out and located right next to a ski lift with a straight forward slope back down. The transportation around the resort (free buses from outside the apartment every 15 minutes until ~11pm) was also amazing - there were a few good pubs/ places to eat feet away from the apartment but the entire resort was accessible with the transport system. Overall, we would definitely stay again :)
