We have just finished a six night stay at this exquisite hotel. Lydia is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for her. She was on hand to recommend some fantastic places to eat . Breakfast was a delicious continental with a choice of eggs just how you like them. All produce was extremely fresh and local, plenty of choice and the croissants and french bread were superb. You are welcome to use the living room downstairs which is reserved for guests. We have honestly not seen anything as beautiful in any B&B/hotel. We will definitely return.

Lovely small B&B   In the centre of town with a small garden/courtyard.   Nice decor and furnishings. fresh continental breakfast, with good buffet selection  only 4 rooms - so cosy and quaint.  Not cheap but good value.    Easy parking outside and a short stroll to the main square

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet street, but just around the corner from the town square and a couple of restaurants. It's in the old town of Montreuil, up on a hill from the "new" town.  A walk around the ramparts is essential for appreciating the fabulous views
The hotel itself is charming, with a lounge, garden and pool for the guests.  Our room (Pasteur) was perfect, very well appointed, and overlooked both the street and garden; comfortable bed, coffee / tea, and nice seating.  The bathroom is huge with a good shower and plenty of storage

Our host could not have been more welcoming and we'll certainly stay again when we come thorough the area.  Thank you for a perfect evening;  sorry we couldn't stay longer this time
p.s. Saturday there's a market in the lower town and numerous excellent bistros

We stayed here for a few nights in October '22 and it was perfect. Tim, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. The location is a short walk from the town centre with its restaurants, shops and market. The standout feature however was the lounge. Very comfortable, wonderfully decorated and no tv. The perfect spot to unwind. 

Thoroughly recommended.

A warm welcome to an amazing place in lthe heart of a beautiful town with many great bars, restaurants and sites to visit

The Anglo-French couple who run the place have decorated the rooms in stylish and quirky style.  They are also able to help with reservations and advice on local restaurants 

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful

So many little touches make this an outstanding place to stay...even the toilet paper was better than any I have ever used!!!

It is much more than a B and B, but more charm than a hotel

OK, it's not cheap but it is certainly worth it

Oh, and the view from the room was magical in the snow this morning 

It is as good as the pictures and the host Tim is very welcoming and convivial. 
Drinks in the charming garden, delightful.
Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, plenty of room, and comfortable beds. The fresh milk in the fridge was much appreciated to accompany the tea and Nespresso coffee facilities in the room.
The location is great and it was fine for us parking in the streets nearby, although limited private parking can be requested.
We loved the breakfasts, cooked to order, plus a good selection of yogurts, fruit, bread, croissants, etc. a great start to the day.
He has access to a selection of electric bikes that we did not take advantage of, but we did take advantage of the large sitting room and honesty bar, very relaxing at any hour of the day. 
Tim has lots of knowledge of the town, restaurants, shops and bars, and made a reservation for us at the nearby Anecdote.  
We also ate at Le Patio, lunch at Le Caveau, and drinks in the La Cave de Montreuil wine shop, Le Douglas (younger crowd but they made us welcome at the bar), and Hotel-restaurant les Remparts. 
All of these friendly Montreuil places are worth a visit (as are probably all the others we didn't get to this time).

As usual Tim was his wonderful ebullient self, always happy to provide a weary traveler a glass or two of wine or a 1664 from across the road! all served in the beautiful garden.
And of course is usually around for an informative chat or restaurant recommendation when you need him.
Great breakfast cooked to order, a really comfortable place to stay.

We found this place online and didn't really know quite what to expect.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Tim, the wonderfully eccentric English proprietor and offered wine in his beautiful garden.

Our entire experience from arrival to departure was fantastic.

The rooms are amazing, the location is perfect and our only regret was that we didn't stay for longer. We will definitely be back 🙂

You know from the moment you meet Tim that you are going to be well looked after by this charming and entertaining host. Being greeted with a welcome drink in the pretty garden, sleeping well in your lovely bedroom and the delicious breakfast with fruit and eggs that taste as they should will make your stay very enjoyable.

Truly delightful place to stay in this charming town. The location is perfect. The proprietor Tim is unfailingly attentive and engagingly droll. There is a lovely little garden; and breakfast is delicious.

An atmospheric little gem in this pretty town

Perfect end to our holiday. Sometimes it’s the details that just add up. 
A glass of rosé offered in the garden. Frankly the breakfast would have been enough for 5* review, with Tim’s culinary creativity. Home made jams, fresh yoghurts, fruit and top omelettes. 
Lovely room (Pasteur if you’re deliberating) and a proper bar of French soap in the bathroom.
Tim went to every effort to make sure all the guests had plans for the day with helpful map and advice on hand. 
He probably won’t want the gushing praise so I won’t go on, but this place is a real find.

The perfect end to our French trip

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. We loved the property and the location. Tim is a faultless host. The breakfast was fantastic. The previous night we had a terrible experience in a 5 star hotel and our stay at Maison 76 was our last stop before returning home. It meant that we finished on a real high!
