We were a little worried after reading some of the negative reviews but these were totally unfounded. We arrived early to be welcomed by friendly staff who stored our luggage until we were able to check in. Our apartment - two bedrooms (sleeps 6) 1 shower room, 1 bathroom & 1 toilet was compact but perfectly acceptable for our family of 5 (2adults and children 19, 17 & 14). The decor was modern and clean and we had all the equipment required. The children happy that they had bedside USB charging points! We all slept well, on comfortable beds and the nights were very quiet. We didn't have the Ski in, Ski out experience as the Vallee Blanche wasn't open but this didn't effect our holiday. We would recommend walking to the Diable lift to start the day rather than the Jandri Express. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and hope to return.
