We didn't stay in the 14th but in the 94th furniture, a charming Armenian house, two large rooms, two small rooms, two water rooms, a very cozy, tastefully decorated house, nothing missing, a charming, available hotel, a good price, thank you Laura for your smile and welcome.

A beautiful mini-hotel with a wonderful hostess. Very authentic. Good rooms. Comfortable bed. Stable wifi. A beautiful fresh French breakfast with home ingredients. Location on a straight street to the center 20 minutes walk. The toilet and bathroom are on the floor (all three floors). On each floor there are two rooms.

This home of the last century typically English style in a quiet English neighbourhood, cosy decoration made with taste, 5 rooms of a respectable space located on the first and second floors comfortable bedside table, courtesy available 3 of them with private bathroom and S of B, 2 others with sanitary equipment and S of B on the floor, one is a smaller bed of 140 cm glued to the uncomfortable wall of the most convenient WC in the room separation a super copious breakfast without fresh bread growing cheese, coffee ham, small confectionery cakes.

We had such a beautiful memory of the fourteenth and of Laura her hostess, that we did, we went back and we found the charm that had remained in our memories! comfort, calm, subtle decoration, those little sentences written on the walls that make the mind travel and the sparkling Laura who welcomes you warmly! breakfast is full and full (salted - sweet) we leave the house we are two steps from the center and the famous St Leuven Quarter! in fact go eat at Big Ben at the foot of the cathedral and drink a beer at 9 3/4 for Harry Potter fans.... we recommend THREE FORTES QUATTEEN

We promised each other we'd come back.

We spent one night here in May 2017. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, the host was very nice and the old townhouse is very charming. Parking on the street was no problem, walking to the city center was about 20-30 minutes. Good price-performance ratio.

Very nice neighborhood with nice hostess

Fabulous place to stay shared lounge & kitchen microwave freezee fridge & cooker. 45 minute walk into Amiens and then a good 3 hour walk around with breaks absolutely fantastic call to tourist info to get a map don't miss anything including the floating gardens.  Laure is a star we went on motorbikes and no problem parking outside lovely area I don't think you'd have a problem with a car no traffic wardens in this area 😂we spent 3 nights here would definitely return again if Laure not about help yourself she will be there shortly so lovely - clean friendly etc & le clef nearby is a fab restaurant if you fancy a lazy chilled nearby night 😎😎😎

The house is beautiful in English style, very cozy, on the first floor, there is the Kitchen, the Living Room and the Dining Room.On the first floor there are 3 rooms and on the second floor there are 2 more rooms, no elevator.

The accommodation is located in a very quiet street about 1400 m from the railway station and about 2000 m from the Cathedral of Amiens. It is an old house with a living room, breakfast room, kitchen and patio - garden on the ground floor and rooms on the upper floors. We were in an attic room on the 2nd floor. It was cozy, with many poses and photos; a slightly reduced size with a comfortable bed and little space for storing clothes. The bathroom, although private, was located outside the room, which made it somewhat uncomfortable for its use. The kitchen was right and was served in the basement dining area, which was also very cozy. The existence of a coffee shop provided the possibility to decorate yourself, or something in the kitchen that was unfamiliar with any property.
