3BR - Townhouse - Free Parking -Tórshavn

The property is in a convenient location to Torshavn if you have a car, suitable for a visit with friends or family at a reasonable price in comparison to hotels.However the listing of the property is misleading: 2 bathrooms are mentioned, but there is only one. As this was a factor when choosing this property, the experience was disappointing including the customer service provided:- no explanation or any token of apology received about the false listing- slow responses in general - upon check in we faced some issues:- the WhatsApp service chat was not responded to (even though we messaged within the indicated opening hours)- the emergency, out of hours number had a voicemail responder stating that opening hours are until 5pm- finally we received a response on email that maybe the next day they can look at our issues, so we ended up fixing the issues ourselves
