Exelent place for stop during skiing, with very nice therassa vith view on the ski pista. Nice place only for coffe, tea or grat variety of bierr or exelent variety of Tikveš vines. Also great place for lunch, salads and desert.

The hotel is very nice. Its the closest hotel to the ski-lift so that makes its worth raise.I was there with my family and the rooms are very comfortable, warm and clean.Breakfast is colorful and great.Eating lunch or dinner there also is perfect,so everything about food is good. I'd like to mention the staff, they were awesome, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to all of you who are interested to visit Popova Sapka,it's really nice and simple.Would definitely visit again!

Had an excellent dinner at the Snow Patrol Lodge. The food was fresh, restaurant was nicely appointed and the staff was very friendly. The view was amazing. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tetovo.

We were skiing with Eskimo Ski up the road, and we were invited by the out going team of Danes for drinks and dinner here the night of our arrival, all I can say is everything was excellent! The food was fantastic, "local" but just what one needed after a hard days powder skiing. The service unrivalled; drinks were refilled as empty glasses hit the table! France could learn a lot from the smilely service on offer here! In brief an excellent warm evenings fun, with quality red wine to boot.......

The hotel is located right above the start of the ski lift teteks and its ski to door.
The rooms were small,clean and had good view to the slopes.
The service was ok,and the breakfast was standard nothing fabulous. 
At all good value for the money

Excellent meal

The stuff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, the breakfast included in the price it's okay, and overall the food was very tasty. The rooms are small and crowded, and also not that clean, on the beds you can find hair of other people that were there before you, the toilet was not cleaned at all. It has over all bad wifi, first couple of days it wasn't working, and then when they finally fix it, it was very slow anyways. There was no electricity couple of times, and the ski slopes weren't working. For the price you pay, you definitely expect more, at least to be clean and have a fridge in the room.

Not that nice as expected

I had very unpleasant  experience.I found the s.c Hotel through Booking.com. I booked triple room with parking and buffet breakfast and Restaurant on site. There was not available parking for staying guests. It was too small and people just coming for day or drink were also using it. The triple room was about 9m2. It was coldish, the shower room did not have any heating whatsoever (Outside temperature around -3 C). There is popular cafe/restaurant within the hotel, which makes it unavailable for staying guest. For instance they told us to have lunch later when all other guests (not staying in hotel) leave as we did not make reservation for table. The service was poor, the breakfast was non-existent, coffee like was never experienced before, cold espresso with milk or something.The only good thing was its location and  this  was as advertised. Our son become sick after dinner and we had to leave earlier as there is no doctor or pharmacy around and we did not want to risk to stay another night there. We have been charged more then it was arranged through booking.They have charged us penalties twice for shortening our stay and the rate was more than the agreed. It was classic rip off unpleasantness. Be aware even when you book through reliable sites. There is often, the  host that you are dealing with at the end.
