I made a reservation for Hotel Banjisht through Afterwork agency and it was an amazing experience both hotel and the agency.
Strong recommendations because of the nature, the hotel with SPA but mostly for extraordinary staff and the food.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels! The staff was extremely friendly and the owners deserve a special thanks.

The scenery was amazing and it was such a relieve to rest in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural/mineral baths were a great way to end your day and then enjoy the quiet evening.

The hotel is totally renovated, it has two big pools a spa corner with two smaller pools, turkish bath, sauna, massage therapy etc. A totally renovated modern restaurant which serves 3 meals a day (included in the price), and a smaller a la carte restaurant in the garden where you can enjoy the traditional meals.

The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home. All respect for the owners who did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

We went to the Spa at Banjiste for 2 hours after some advanterous days at Mavrovo National Park. My wife and I got a little private Pool with fresh thermal water was coming from a mini waterfall constantly. We appriciated the privacy. We could lock the door and had a shower inside. The warm sulfur thermal water was very relaxing. Better not take your silver juwellery with you. Just the sulfur in the air will make it turn dark, as it happened to me. This Spa is basic but nice. 900 denars (under 10€) for a private thermal sulfur Pool. Recommended stop on your way down to Ohrid coming from Mavrovo.

Thermal Springs After hiking Mavrovo NP — Perfect relax

Capa SPA and Wellness Resort

Booked this resort for a relax after cycling Macedonia for two weeks wanting a massage. Massage therapists go home at 2pm so not available. Thermal Spa was nice and relaxing on its own if not falling apart a little.
Hotel is advertised as full board on website and by receptionist. 30 euros for room and board pp, treatments are extra (this is expensive by Macedonia standards, you can stay in a boutique winery for 40 per room) You have no choice on board basis. The rooms looked like they had been attack by cheap ikea, but they were clean.
Went for dinner. It was inedible. I can only describe it as the worst hospital food I have ever tried! The dinning room was full of elderly Macedonians who have stays paid by government prescription. 
Complained at reception who then denied that dinner was part of the payment and said it was typical traditional food (which it's not). We had to dine in the restaurant owned by the hotel, outside and pay ourselves In which the food was fine. Receptionist said I hope your breakfast is better. It wasn't!  Minimal choice and dry.
Complained about this to the manager who also denied we shouldn't have had dinner. They said they would let us of 2 euros pp per room and the coffees we have at breakfast. Yes to finish it off they had charged us for coffee with breakfast! 

Avoid at all costs, trying and failing  to be European, overpriced, poor food ruined our last day in Macedonia which is awful as Macedonia was brilliant country to travel.

Terrible place.Please do not waiste your money and time. The authorities were arrogant, very poor hygiene, unhelpful people.
It doesn't look like the pictures.
The bathrooms were as if the floor had been swept with them.
Very expensive for those services.
The waiter charged us 3 times more for our coffee than at a cafe, without proper receipt.

Terrible experience!!

Terrible food, rooms below average for any hotel not clean. We did not get to the spa because we left after 2 terrible meals (dinner and breakfast). We booked 2 night but left very early in the morning so we do not waste more time. They tried renovating and decorating but that is not enough to make people relaxed and satisfied! We asked for a double bed but got two beds pushed together ant they were different heights and there was hardly room to pass. After i complained they offered a double bed room but there was no light inside except over the bed light and this room had even less space around the bed.

Waste of money and time

My husband got me this trip as a surprise and he (we)expected so much more than we actually got for the money we paid.  If I knew how low quality standard we were given, I would go anywhere else.  We had paid all food meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.  What happened is that first time when we went for dinner we were given the food we could not eat.  It was beef liver, old cold french fries and cup of yogurt!!!!!  I looked at my husband, he was looking at me, and at that point we knew that we paid for the lowest cost food ever!!!!!  We went to complain at the reception desk telling them that we have to go to the restaurant to eat normal fresh food and to pay AGAIN!  We asked for the discount and the manager lied into our eyes that those 2 restaurants are different companies.  I saw one of the bills and it was the same company bill.  I don’t even want to mention that the food option even in the restaurant was limited.  People were leaving their shoes in front of the room doors so the entire hole was smelling on dirt.  Inside of rooms were filthy, with no electrical outlets.  I had to move the closet to charge my phone.  You can not go almost anywhere with your husband.  It was like you are in muslim country which is NOT the case.  Even if you want to go to some other place there is nothing close.  Nothing to do, nowhere to go, double food charges and nobody to complain to.  Restrooms are old and not cleaned well, you have to pay for the robe and slippers, plastic ones, IF they want to give you.  You have to book the sauna and spa and then people in working clothes are everywhere renovating.  Waste of time, money, food calories.  I didn’t pay for rotten apples, communist vanilla cold pudding and beef toxic liver!  Dispute 100%!!!!!!  Never again!!!!!!!

No service at all, they asking for an extra pay for the therapy which is already been paid by the health funds, not experienced doctors working over there same for the rest of the stuff as well…. All you got nice is expensive furniture in a hallway and marble…

Very bad experience…

As it should be a rehabilitation center, main doctors are without any relevant knowledge of basic medical care. The lady owner's communication at the lowest primitive level. Totally waste of time.....
