My husband, 4-year-old son, and I stayed at the MT Guesthouse for three weeks in December 2015. The staff was so nice and treated you like you were a guest in their home. Fasil would give us rides to the grocery store and wherever we needed. We were always greeted warmly by all of the staff from the ladies who cooked breakfast to the lady who made our room look spotless each morning. I loved the big windows to let the light and fresh air in. The room had a small kitchen with a sink and a hotplate and mini fridge. We managed to cook plenty of good meals in our room - you just have to be creative! The shower was hot (you might need to let it run for a few minutes first). They also had a generator for when the power went out and free wi-fi. Walking distance from many shops and restaurants in a safe area, MT is ideally located. We never worried about going out at night - even as conspicuous white tourists. Thank you MT for a great stay!
