Crowne pyramids palace

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Crowne Pyramids. The rooms were lovely and clean, with toiletries, tea/coffee & a fridge provided. The staff were really incredible, from the start I was told to think of them as family/friends and not to hesitate to say if I needed anything at all. It’s a family run hotel, and they’re doing really well having done everything themselves!Ahmed, who runs the hotel with his brother, actually invited me to their family home to experience Iftar with them as I was travelling solo and during Ramadan, and wanted to learn more about the culture & traditions. It was such a lovely evening, I met the family and we had the most wonderful meal and the opportunity to experience Ramadan in a family setting, rather than just as a tourist. The staff all really went above and beyond, recommending things for me to do, providing me with drivers/guides, great food & amazing company. I really was treated like family/a friend. I had many a conversations with most of the staff there and they took a genuine interest in my life, and told me about theirs in return. Also the most incredible views of the pyramids from the terrace & the rooftop.
