The rates of this hotel are cheap compared the rest of the hotels in the North Coast, but they are still way too over-prices considering what it offers.

The owner is rude and needs to come back down to Earth and listen to his customers, while in the middle of a conversation with us, he took a random call without even excusing himself or saying sorry when he was back, just completely ignoring us.

The rooms have old furniture, the kitchennette barely has any tools or utensils and the fridge was old and loud.

The room wasn’t clean at all, and when we opened the sofa bed we found dirt, crumbs and sand in the creases, we couldn’t even sit on the sofa because of how filthy it was.

Aparently the 2 bedroom apartment was a one-bedroom apartment that was transformed later without the slightest planning, the wall seperating the bedroom from the living room was thin and the top half of the wall was non-existent, meaning there was no privacy what-so-ever and it seemed that they only did that so they don’t have to buy new ac’s for the rooms inside.

The AC remote wasn’t given to us, and when we asked for it, the employee rudely told us that we didn’t ask for it, it’s apparent that the employees got no training, and that the hotel management didn’t want the guests to control the AC at all, so it was adjusted to 21 C and anytime we changed it, it just went back to the same temperature and high fan, we were literally freezing and it was too hot when we turned it off.

In the garden view apartment, the garden outside had loads of thorns that completely ruined my flipflops and shoes, creating a huge number of holes at the bottom and poking through my feet painfully, you could tell there was no maintenance in the area at all.

In the hallway, we discovered black dripping tar on the ceiling that had apparently dried like iciles and the rest of it dripped on the floor before it dried, for the 2 days we tolerated there, this was not cleaned at all and we had to pass by it to get to our room.

The bathroom had cheap and flimsy faucets that had a fake Mercedes logo on it, this was probably the most entertaining part. The worst part was when/if you opened the bathroom window, you had a clear view into a staff/storage room with loads of old and dusty chairs, tables and wooden planks, as well as a tray with old tea and cigarette leftovers, it was very unsightly and showed how much the hotel owners and managers couldn’t care less about the customers’ experience.

This is not a proper hotel, I can go on for days but I think I’ve made my point. Don’t go there, a place like this shouldn’t stay in business. No human being should be required to experience this, the whole experience was awful.

This is a motel, it's not even a hotel.. We went into the room which supposed to be garden view was actually parking view,no towels or soap or anything and we had to ask the staff twice to bring some ! The rooms are very small, the AC'S are old and very noisy! The furniture is old and uncomfortable, the pool is small and they have no private beach!

The hotel was very unsafe and one of the staff members tried to break into the room in the middle of the night and the hotel manger was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly to solve the problem and said that it was a simple mistake
