My husband and I stayed here a couple nights on the Baños portion of our Ecuador trip and were really impressed with the service and of course the amazing view!The manager is very helpful and always assisted us bringing things up and down the stairs. There was an assortment of things in the mini bar to purchase which was convenient. The bed is very comfortable and the blinds make it dark enough to sleep in after a night out on the town. The jet tub is wonderful, perfect place to relax and admire the view. Also, you are served homemade breakfast in a basket each morning - super cute.The only down sides are that the power will go out and if it’s after midnight they can’t run the compressors (which makes sense). Also, the hot water is inconsistent. However these inconveniences don’t take away from the overall experience.If I’m ever in Baños again I would certainly stay again. A beautiful and unique experience!
