Zhenja is the sweetest host possible, making her hostel a really welcoming place. Everything is perfectly clean, the rooms are really nice and confortable. The hostel is located 2min away from the beach, the little center and restaurants. The breakfast is incredible : 3 pancakes with two different toppings, fresh fruits and a drink for only 2$. Best way to start the day ! Don't hesitate to come and visit, and Mompiche is a cute village with a nice beach, not a lot of tourists and the locals really deserve you to come meet them and discover the Ecuadorian coast. We lived the terrible earthquake here, very unusual for Ecuador, and Zhenja took care of us and assured we were safe all night long. Not all hosts would be so kind.
