Macondo Lodge

Sin duda me ha parecido una excelente hostería, modesta pero cómoda, tranquila y con un personal cercano y amable. La fachada que se ve aquí en tripadvisor no concuerda con el edificio actual, el cual se puede apreciar bien en el perfil de airbnb. El edificio anterior fue gravemente dañado debido al terremoto ocurrido en 2016 en Ecuador y, por ello ahora se han trasladado y empezado de nuevo en otra localización, cerca de la carretera, muy tranquila con unas vistas de la costa espectaculares desde los balcones y unas vistas preciosas de la frondosa vegetación desde las ventanas interiores de las habitaciones. El servicio fue muy cordial y amable, cualquier problema te lo intentaban solucionar en el momento y, aunque no tienen servicio de comidas, recomendaban lugares exquisitos para comer a pie de playa. Sin pensarlo, volvería a hospedarme allí. I do not have any doubt about how amazing the experience in this hostel was. Views from both sides of the bethroom are awesome, from the balcony you may watch the see and, from the windows you may appreciate a lush vegetation. The service was close and friendly, that made me feel being with family or friends, always wondering if everything is ok or if we need something else. It is clean and tidy, also you may find some salamanders over there, very beautiful too! Additionally, the wifi is very fast in every bethrooom! Pictures here do not match with reality because they moved into a new building, facing new obstacles to start from scratch. The first hostel was distroyed last year when the earthquake occurred, now is a new, nice and comfortable place to stay :) I absolutely recommend to stay overnight here :D Carolina
