I stay every week due to a medical follow up and it’s like family now.

It is very convenient. Super clean and great staff

Nice hotel , room was clean and comfortable but very small great for 1 . Staff very nice and helpful

Excellent room rate for this no frills but comfortable hotel, conveniently locate close to the Colonial Zone.  Staff is very friendly and accommodating.  The Hotel only accepted cash payments.

On arrival I was told to get into a free taxi that took me to another similar hotel nearby called Renacer. Other hotel guests told me it happened to them while ago as well, so perhaps it's a long term practice.For the same money I was booked there. Decent local budget hotel with swimming pool and little kitchen serving breakfast and other meals as well as beers. Room was clean although AC condensation was dripping on the floor.Overall very good value for money and close walking distance to Colonial City.

I had a very good week there. The place was nicely clean. They need more breakfast varieties though.

Close to Everything in Santo DOMINGO.The hotel is located at the center of the City yet quiet.

I liked that the staff was bilingual and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The check in was smooth, as well as the check out.

It was an amazing hotel stay with hotel staff that was very helpful and kind.  It was clean, comfortable and safe place to stay.  I give this hotel my highest rating!

Sent to another similar hotel

The hotel for its cost has everything thats neccesary to spend just a night: cold a/c, hot water, cable and internet. The restaurant's free breakfast had scrambled eggs, empanada, salami, fried cheese, coffee and lemon juice but only had parmesan chicken with lettuce for lunch. The only point of interest nearby was the  spanish embassy. The malecon across the street had  a bunch of abandoned buildings and unfortunately a lot of trash/garbage everywhere including the ocean. Its very far from Zona Colonial and unless you have business at the embassy, theres nothing else do to around the hotel location. The staff was very helpful.

Ok stay

The Hotel was very clean. The staff were always very helpful even when we did not speak Spanish. The security guard Danilo spoke English well and was always wanted to be of service a real genuine guy. Erik in reception also spoke excellent English. The hotel could not do enough for you all you needed to do was ask. The food was good and an ambient evening sat outside enjoying a cool beer topped off the day. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who wanted a clean, friendly hotel which was near to the sea and also had an on site taxi service that would take you anywhere. Wilkin the taxi driver was excellent but he did'nt speak English but we got by with google translator.

There are some renovations going on they are upgrading some of the rooms. Front desk staff were great, very accommodating and made check in a smooth process. One night stay here before I traveled
