Apartahotel Roma I

I was fortunate to be on the 3rd floor of this hotel that is nicer than any of the photos and very reasonably priced. My room had a modern gas stove top, pots, pans, dishes, full-size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a large glass table with chairs in addition to a sofa and the bed. This was terrific as it allowed me to purchase all the bottled water I needed for this hot climate. The free wife was also reliable and fast. It was also great to not have to miss the U.S. presidential debates as you could also get CNN and FOX on the television. It is in a superb location in the colonial district, and breakfast vouchers go to the restaurant one short block away that serves a hearty American breakfast of eggs, toast, and bacon. I had friends in several locations, and I would not recommend any room near the stairs. You feel very secure because of the 24-hour a day front desk service. You should not expect the lobby or hallways to be air-conditioned as this hotel has an open skylight in the center. The air condition in the rooms works well. My room 202 was very spacious with working stove that required a gas tank you can buy from the grocery one block away. I also advise withdrawing from the ATM in the grocery rather than using money exchangers; do not use your credit card with any merchant unless you like drama. Everything was a short walk away.
