Hotel Nuvole Bianche

My husband and I stayed here for 1 week. The room we had was a studio style format. It had 1 queen size bed and a twin bed. The bed was comfy. The room also came with a full fridge and propane gas stove. There is a supermarket located in the colonial zone. Cooking our own meals certainly saved us money and we enjoyed cooking together as a couple. They offer good WiFi and cable. When my husband had to work it was very relaxing for me to have a good choice of entertainment channels. The room did have air conditioning but we found it to be alittle weak and didn’t fully cool the room. We had to always have the 2 ceiling fans running to feel full relief. They do charge an AC fee of $5 per day. The shower provides exceptional hot water which is a plus for anyone who has visited DR. The hotel is very secure. Key entry only for guests. We had no problems with noise. Staff (Nancy) I believe her name was:) was very attentive to guests she was a one woman show and did everything at the hotel. She doesn’t speak much English but she is a very pleasant lady and understood my broken Spanglish She made sure we were accomodated with a late arrival from the airport and kept our room clean every other day, no bugs or odors. The hotel provided dishes in the room for cooking and dining, that was very helpful! The price was good and we had an enjoyable stay! We will certainly return to this hotel! I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the colonial zone😊
