Property is amazing from  the views on the rooftop to  the  restaurants on the property great for travelers . Overall love the property and the amazing people.

I always stay here when I come to Santo Domingo by myself or stay a few extra days after my friends leave, it’s a must try hotel in a good central location

Excelent place to stay for a business trip in Santo Domingo.   Great location.  New building.  Nice gym and pool on rooftop.  Definitely recommended

Customer service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and updated.

The apartment was wonderful; however, I encountered issues with other residents parking in my designated spot. I had to address the matter with security multiple times, but they ultimately resolved it by assigning me a different parking space.

This hotel is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooftop bar and pool are both fantastic, and the lobby on the ground floor is elegantly designed, making a great first impression.  However, we did encounter some issues during our stay. When we first checked into our room, we found that the washing machine and dryer were already running. After reporting this to the manager, we were assigned a new room. The new room had better decor, but there was a strong smell that took hours of ventilation to lessen. Additionally, the new room did not have conditioner—only a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash. We informed the manager, but no one ever brought us any conditioner. Another thing to note is that the hotel does not provide a proper duvet. Instead, there’s just a thin sheet with a light blanket, which might not be comfortable for everyone.Overall, the hotel is worth the price. If you're a solo traveler just looking for an affordable place to rest, this hotel does the job. But if you’re seeking attentive service and a more comfortable stay, you might want to consider a higher-end option.

Man, this place is so beautiful.I will recommend it to anyone.The staff , they are so friendly and cool I stay here for 9 nights me end my wife She fell in love with the place we went there to rest end relax nex time.I want to enjoy the place to the fullest some more this place  very lovely.Everything is very clean and neat 👍👍👌

I like the cleaness of the areas, and areas around the hotel were safe and close to everythingDid not like, the parking area, to deep and my car was to big. The security follows you everywhere when they see that there are many people, even tough I had 2 apartments had to remind them. Security in the lobby not to kind.Experience in the hotel was good

Pros: I felt safe. The hotel was clean. The decor and aesthetic were pleasing in the aparthotel, pool area/ gym/lobby. Cons: no basic condiments like salt, pepper,sugar coffee. The property only provides two complementary bottles of water for your stay and they do not provide paper towels. The bathrooms light is on a timer so when you’re in the shower you have to keep coming out of the shower to tap the sensor. They provide one bathroom rug which gets drenched when the shower is on and there’s no place to hang the rug to dry. Noisy mon-Friday because there’s a school across the street, kids screaming. The younger staff working there are very kind. However there is an older manager female who is assertive but customer service is not her forte, her demeanor was very condescending and snobby.When leaving the hotel they had me wait 5/10 min to take a video of the conditions on which I left the aparthotel. I left it clean. The manager proceeded to let me know that they would not refund my deposit because of a small stain that was on a  white towel from tanning lotion but the manager insisted was make up (which I did not wear on my stay) To my knowledge towels should be replaceable, should this be the case then the hotel should just not offer towels at all. The younger girl was very nice and was able to speak to the cleaning lady and have my deposit refunded.Overall good stay, but service improvements should be made.

Nice property with a comfortable clean room .. in a nice area . Only issues and these are serious ... it's a sixteen-story building, and the property has NO fire alarm, sprinkler system or even portable fire extinguishers on site ... it is a disaster waiting to happen. I would not want to be on the upper floors in case of a fire and oh the rooms have kitchens with gas stoves .. crazy dangerous. Expedia needs to warn this property.
