We’ve just spent a week in this beautiful place.
The garden is incredible, full of birds. Great swimming-pool too.
The staff is really friendly and Aude the owner very helpful for everything you need. 
The villa was beautiful, mexican style, full of colors.
Cleaning everyday. 
Eva Luna is at 2mn walk from the beach where you could enjoy and practice paddle if you want, with a  new beach-club to relax front of the sea.
It was the perfect place for us. We could really enjoy during a week. 
Hope we’ll come back soon

I highly recommend this place in Las Terrenas for many reasons : its peaceful setting : a pool surrounded by 5 bungalows, its location close to the beach and restaurants, its hostess Aude is very caring and her Dominican staff very courteous and professional.

the combination of the entire compound is just perfect. The villas are very cosy, showing a combination of simplicity, beauty and interesting combination of strong colors, inspired in a blend of mediterranean and Mexican styles. The lush gardens, full of exotic plants, including gorgeous orchids, are just perfectly set to give an impression of a garden with green areas just big enough to make it look ample, placing the very nice pool as a center peace of the compound. 
The owner, Aude, the night guard Santiago and all the other staff we came in touch with, just make the whole place even more special. A big thumbs up, we will be staying there again, for sure.

Aude’s bungalows are beautiful. Comfortable, clean, and fully-stocked with everything you need. The pool area is lovely and it’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is served each morning on your terrace, the fruit is fresh, the baguettes are delicious and the coffee is good too. Aude is super helpful and accessible if you need anything. I did not want to leave, and hope to be back soon!

Excellent little place.  The grounds, room and pool are all very well maintained.  Aude and her staff provided excellent service when needed and we were left alone to do our own thing the remainder of the time.  We had a few rainy days while we were there, and having the covered porch with lounging area and table was really nice so we could still be outside and enjoy the green!

The centre piece of the gardens is the swimming pool - big enough to do some serious swimming after a day spent on the beach. The bungalows surround the pool, and you do not feel that your "neighbours are on top of you". The bungalows themselves are very well equipped and maintained, tastefully decorated with a lot of colours . WIFI always worked, hot water all the time, air con in bedroom, fans as well etc. Ours had a great terrace we could sit on in the evenings whilst having an aperitif. Breakfast is fresh fruit, croissants (or similar), fresh fruit juice and coffee/tea. The owner, Aude, lives locally and is extremely helpful and full of good suggestions about how to spend your day. Eva Luna comes with our thorough recommendation.

We discovered Las Terrenas a few years ago, and have been coming back ever since.  We found Eva Luna and never had a reason to look elsewhere to stay.  The place is perfect for us. My friend and I traveled to get away from our crazy lives back in CT.  We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen. We didn't cook, but other guests did.  it's clean, the staff is very friendly, even though they do not speak English, we still had fun communicating with them.   Great patio to have breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, coffee, juice and croissants; and great patio to have your own happy hour on!  Aude is very accommodating, she will organize a dinner reservation, taxi, car rental, etc. She will check on you to make sure you enjoying your stay.  the pool is lovely, and sometimes you are lucky enough to enjoy it all to yourself!  you will feel safe here, as there is a very friendly security guard that works nights.  It's less than a 5 minute walk to a great beach and some beach restaurants.  for dinner, it would be a longer walk, so we rented a car.  Las Terrenas is very laid back, so if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place for you.

Yes it's Paradise, right here in Dominican Republic !

The property is beautiful and it does come as designed. 

Daily cleaning, large spacious bungalow, and on-site frontline staff are wonderful to interact with. Lots of nature sounds, sometimes a little too much throughout night in which you can't sleep. (Large Bird Sound constant) 

Internet doesn't work in the bungalows, it's probably concrete and great way disconnect. 

The major downside is the owner has an unconventional approach to customer service - 

1. Yelling in broad daylight in front all her own staff in  middle of quad at us (guests) 

2. Not taking a moment to listen and ask 

3. Not Being approachable

You'll probably notice other reviews about this approach, it's spot on. 

TL:DR - Beautiful property for anti-social and drill Sargent types. 

Here's beautiful photos of beach nearby, I heard Mirmar is giving 50% off. You'll avoid the massive speed bumps.
