B&B Playa Matilde

It is located inside a closed monitored neighbourhood with more buildings around. In order to get to the area where buildings are, you have to pass a control, and that makes the area safer.The owners are amazing, so nice, very helpful and make you be as comfortable as possible. They give you info about everything you can do around. Breakfast is not big but good enough to start your day. The room is big and comfortable with a big bathroom. A balcony with table and chairs lets you be outside reading or you can even have dinner there and the door is well prepared with an anti mosquitoes protector.. There is a common area with a big sofa where you can watch TV and socialize with other guests. If you go by car, there is plenty space to park outside the neighbourhood but in a safe place as it is inside the control. There is also a restaurant at the beach and very close to other services such as markets, shops, restaurants...In general quality-cost relationship is acceptable considering the high prices in Punta Cana and that you've got a quiet beach in front of you. I would stay again with no doubt. · As it is inside a neighbourhood with more apatments around it's difficult to find it as there is no sign of it. When we got there, we were asking in restaurants and places around where it was and nobody had heard about the hostel. In the end they came to us, we were being helped by the owner of a restaurant to phone them as we couldn't find the hostel and coming from Europe we didn't have a local sim card. Everything fine finally, but there should be a sign outside somewhere
