Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

We have just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. 22nd September to 29th September, room 5214. When we arrived we upgraded to the diamond club which we would highly recommend. We cannot over estimate how good Ozuna was throughout our stay. He messaged everyday to check how we were and if we required anything. All the restaurants we requested were arranged by him which saved us any hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean. If there was any fault our room was overlooking a service road which did look industrial. However if we complained I’m more than sure we would have been offered another room. Regarding restaurants, we have stayed at many all inclusive hotels and lots of them cap you at so many visitors per week to the a la carte restaurants. This wasn’t the case. The choice is vast and mainly to a high standard. We particular enjoyed the steak house. The buffet restaurant had a wide choice to a good standard, however we only used it for breakfast and sometimes lunch. Once again we would like to thank our butler Ozuna who couldn’t do enough for us. We highly recommend this hotel and this is only a very few times we would consider returning to the same hotel as we like to try different once’s In our opinion diamond club is recommended as a must
