is in the middle of bavaro and you can find everithing
the best restaurat near the hotel is huracan cafe
you can arrive to the beach

I came across this property after having a nightmare experiment once again with a pre booked property this place happened to be right next door and what a God send it was small boutique but met all my needs in style, comfort and cleanliness and I can be quite picky there are a few things that I felt could be attended to but that's could just be me and my fussy self all in all beautiful view the lady working here was VERY helpful and a darling and it was rather peaceful I would defiantly come back again  

We had a one week stay in this boutique hotel. Our room was on the ground floor, right on the beach. We loved the place and its location. It was easy to book and pay, Paola was of great help.
The hotel beach is great with chairs, very wide.
The property is guarded all the time, it feels extremely safe.
Within a walking distance there are lots of restaurants, a super market, shops, exchange offices as well as a bus stop.

The property is gorgeous! Just on the beach! The owner and staff are absolutely nice and polite, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs! 
Andrea, the property owner, will make sure you are well taken care of! 
When you book with this hotel, please make sure to ask in detail what would you be getting; although the website features Many amenities, they were not available. 

1. Free airport shuttle: we were charged $29.00 to be picked and taken to the property. After speaking with the property owner, he agreed to take us to the airport for free. No refund for the initial $29.00 was offered. 

2. Free shuttle around the hotel: There is no such thing. We had to walk to the closest market in Plaza Turqueza, or pay for "moto cocho" to go to different places. 

2. Free breakfast: it consists on toast, jelly, butter and coffee with milk. That's it! I gave feedback to the property manager to make sure to state it's free continental breakfast.

3.Free drinks: the only thing free was the bottled water.... We had a lot of it. Don't expect any alcoholic drinks, as a matter of fact, alcohol is VERY expensive in this place. 

4.Free snacks: there is no such thing offered at the hotel. 

5.Pool: there is no pool at the property, you probably had to visit a pool at a different property.

6. They facility will charge 18% taxes on your reservation upon arrival. Even though we asked via email if anything else was due upon arrival, and they assured no on writing. We were still expected to pay. 

All of this feedback was given by yours truly to the property manager Paola. Since most of the guest who come to this property are European; We took the time to explain that as American travelers, we expect  to get EXACTLY what is offered on the website. This is why we picked this property over any others. 

Over all it was a great experience! Will come back for sure!

Beautiful stay! ... Just make sure to ask all questions so everybody is on the same page!

This place is horrible! If you like air conditioning forget about it. Insufficient drinking water and no water at all in the pipes when we arrived. We were unable to flush toilets or wash hands for that matter! We left after one miserable night and had booked four nights. Owner would not return our money and refused to contact us. Be warned this place belongs to the devil himself!

Horrible in Punta Cana

Find another place, poor service and quality, management is very arrogant, I did not felt secure, rooms have shower curtains that smell sour and the water quality is terrible; water leak under wall into my room; smokers stand outside right at entrance and also just inside entrance, very poor control.
I really suggest to find another place. They sells private beach included but they don't even own the beach! Sounds like it is a illegal place. Please do not waste your money, really, this place has problems.
