Hotel SKT. Annæ

Lovely stylish boutique hotel in a quiet location just behind Nyhavn. I had read reviews complaining about the size of rooms so I booked a large deluxe and it was very spacious, overlooking the street. The only downside was that my room (120) was directly over the service entry for deliveries, which meant that starting at 4am we were awakened by trucks and loud voices and shouting and banging as food deliveries etc were brought into the hotel. I mentioned it to the receptionist who was completely unsurprised when I told her my room number - but apparently the best she could do was halfheartedly offer me a dark room with windows overlooking the atrium. It was very disappointing because we had one of the highest categories of rooms and were clear that we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. The hotel didn’t seem full - we didn’t see anyone else on our floor - but if it had been I would have appreciated a credit or at least some concern, but it clearly wasn’t important to the hotel. Having said that I’d absolutely stay there again, just not in that room. That said, I would absolutely stay here
