First, I would like to mention that this is our own experience and stay feedback as a family. We were looking to visit Copenhagen as a family and checking hotels which is on the center. In the beginning, we decided for another hotel because of low review points on this property. Than the other luxury (!?) property informed us that they can not provide on site parking place.... Than we decided to book with Tivoli Hotel as there is a parking available on site. We arrived in the property and the parking garage is available next to the hotel where there is an entrance for the hotel as well. It was easy to reach and park on the parking place and enter the hotel. Check in experience was fast and good. We got a suite room where we had a lot of space for a family with 3 members. The property was nice, family friendly and the room was a kind of new, well furnished and comfortable. Everything is prepared also for the kid like an extra bed. Breakfast on main restaurant was good and the atmosphere/design was good as well. There were a lot of options to choose for us and for the kid. What I liked the most was that there was a seperate corner for gluten free products and lactosefree products. As a lactose intolerant, it was life saving for me. Hotel was good decorated and there was a good mood on all points we did visit. I have added some photos so you can see that cosy/funny atmosphere. Long story, short, we were very happy that we did decide to stay on this hotel. We had a true 5* experience without a question mark. Location was good, close to the shopping mall and to center, Tivoli Gardens. You can walk if you prefer but we did use a taxi to go to the center and Tivoli Gardens. Taxi is cheaper than to drive own car and pay for the parking in the center. Only suggestion to the management to keep an eye on small details like the ceiling lights were loose on the room and the restaurant. And there were no option for lactose intolerant in the executive lounge so we had to left and went to the main restaurant which was fine. But just that you know... And finally I would like to mention about Jonas Amiri Kjaer from FO as he was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Thank you to Jonas and the whole team in the property. See you next time.
