Booked this place via booking.com as it promised good facilities for kids, homemade food and a pleasant environment for families. We were only going to stay the night and arrived around 2 hours before we were due to check in hoping we can have something to eat whilst the kids can play on the in the play area. To our disappointment we arrived and a woman who seemed to have been the only member of staff said in broken English: ‘no ready, come back at 2pm’. We explained that there’s no where to go really as the cottage was in the middle of the mountains and that it took us an hour to travel here from another hotel where we had stayed before. We said we were happy to wait until the room was ready, and perhaps we could have a drink and snack for the children. ‘No ready, come back at 2pm’ was the answer. 
I left the cottage totally petrified as k have never in my life received such awful treatment. As I walked out, I found my children who had been waiting in the car terrified to death and a very aggressive German Shepard totally out of control barking at us. There was no mention of this aggressive dog in any collaterals we looked at before we booked this place; if it had been, we would certainly not have booked. 
Avoid this place - it’s dreadful, hostile and mussels its services as food or drink or kids’ play facilities are not available at all.
