Our stay went well. Any issues with getting the keys out of the lockbox or getting into the building were quickly taken care of. Tip: ask for a link to their WhatsApp office number. We had a 1 bedroom that fit me and my husband, and the 2 kids slept on the sofa bed. Air conditioning worked well while we were there, it was a relief from the hot days outside. Housekeeping only comes once in a few days, but that seems normal post-covid. Location is fantastic, you can walk to the either the grocery store in the nearby shopping mall or to the old city and plazas within 10 minutes. Our place was on floor 1 and there was some partying outside on soccer game nights, just be forewarned. Lots of bars and restaurants and bakeries on the same block.
