Nice spacious room, well equipped, sparkling clean. A fan, a fridge and a safe are available in the room. Complimentary coffee and tea. Great central location with transport links and good for walking to most sights.The shower took a while to drain but otherwise everything was great. Highly recommend

The accommodation is really great. We were there at the weekend and were surprised at how easy it was to check in and access the keys. The accommodation is clean and absolutely in the immediate vicinity of the Charles Bridge and all other sights of Prague. We can definitely recommend the accommodation and look forward to being able to make our next stop in Prague here again.

The location is incredible for the price - you’re just steps from the Charles Bridge. We were only in Prague for two nights, so this was just what we wanted. The property does not have reception, and the rooms are bare bones. But the shower is great and the bed is comfortable.

Extremely nice and large room with clean and comfortable living space. We didn’t wanna leave the bed to sightsee because it was so comfortable. Tomas was great with communication even when we were poor on our end because we didn’t check our app! Not to mention stunning views just outside your door, pictured below. Short walk anywhere. Loved our time here!

I really enjoyed this little Residence in the center of Prague.
So closed to the historical center where you can visit a lot of very interesting places.
I asked to the owner a little surprise for my wife, and he agreed without problem.
Very very nice.
The only thing that I can say, is that in Italy we use matrimonial sheet, and it means next time it will be better if you use them instead of singles one.

The hosts were unbelievably helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect and at the foot of Charles Bridge. The room in general was very clean and comfortable and we would stay here again should we return to Prague.

Great place to stay right by the beginning of the Charles bridge about 100m from the bridge tower on Mala Strana side. Lovely area on the main street with all you can want at your doorstep. Trams just up the street about 200m and metro 5-10 mins away.
We stayed in room 2 on 1st floor overlooking the street, which although very busy indeed, we could hardly hear anything due to the double windows. The room was very spacious and well equipped with television, fridge, Iron, umbrella and safe. Tomas was very helpful before arriving by recommending routes on the Metro/bus from the airport and indeed on arrival and during our stay too, always answering any emails quickly.
We would not hesitate in stopping here again in the future.

Great place in a central location

The Mostecká 12 Residence is all about location. It's just a few steps from Charles Bridge, which connects directly to downtown. Most attractions and tourist places are within walking distance from here. There's a grocery store in front of the building, which is convenient. The check-in process is smooth and easy; you get the code to access the building and pick up your key from a box with a code. We stayed in room 2, which was ok and had windows to Mostecka Street.

Do notice that the room gets extremely hot in July! It was almost unbearable to stay in the room without the windows open. There's no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that doesn't do much cooling, even if you leave it on all day. 

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay because of the location, but the heat in the summer is suffocating. If you're not into opening windows in your room during your stay, you might want to try somewhere else.

Large and comfortable stay in heart of Prague!

Perfectly positioned residence

This was a great place to stay to explore prague. Right next to the Charles Bridge but very quiet. Really accommodating as we were arriving and departing at odd times and even managed to provide a sewing kit for some last minute bag repairs! The weather was unusually hot which meant not having air conditioning wasn't ideal but a fan was provided that made it better. Great value for money base to explore Prague.

The location is amazing and beautiful, maybe a 1 minute walk to Charles Bridge on the Castle side of the river. A two minute walk to beautiful Cathedrals. Super close to Lennon wall and tons of dining, boat trip access etc. surrounded by beauty and history in every direction. The Castle and St Vitus Cathedral are maybe a 15 minute walk as well as the Monastery and an absolutely stunning area of the city/village. The room is great, big, clean and has most everything you need. The only thing to note is that there is no Air conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. They kindly provided a table fan, but in such a large upstairs room it barely made an impact. We had the windows open as much as possible but it started pouring rain and we had to shut them (as directed) the first night. The second night we were able to leave them open but the noise from the street, garbage truck and street cleaning were pretty loud even with earplugs. So if you are a light sleeper this location could be a challenge. That said. I’m guessing the no AC and loud street sounds are common in the historic center! We loved staying there anyway and would do it again! I can sleep another time! Haha

Great location. Apartment is a bit simple, no kitchenette, only possibility to make coffee or tea. But when you get out, you are in the middle of old Prague.
