Those apartment offers a really good price, so don't expect air conditioning or many services. The elevator was really old and  a bit scary, but the owner was really nice.
The bathroom was underwhelming as it was really really tiny and you have a not so chill hill to climb to go there.

However, inside the apartment it was really clean and the location was perfect.

Get what you pay for

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed here with her husband. It seems though that she had a better experience than we did. Although the apartment was spacious as it slept six people and there were only two of us, there was no sign of the management or cleaner for the whole week we were there, so we did not receive the services offered. Because the cleaner did not come we ran out of toilet paper after a couple of days and spent the rest of the week pinching toilet paper from any restaurants we visited. Also, despite a large kitchen, we couldn't use it to make our evening meals as the oven did not work.
Their website also said that they had a special deal with the restaurant across the road where we could get 10% off our meal for staying in the apartment. It's a shame though that it took a while to find a staff memeber in the restaurant who actually knew anything about this.
The website said that on our last day we could book their taxi to collect us from anywhere in the city, and they would collect our bags from our apartment and have them waiting in the car. When I tried to book this, the owner did not seem to understand what I was saying and could not help find a suitable collection point, so in the end we had to travel back to our apartment to be picked up or risk not getting to the aiport on time.
Prague was a lovely city, but because of our experience I have been put off ever staying in an apartment again and would rather stick to hotels.

Poorly managed

My parents booked in to these apartments and it was driver that collected them from airport that booked them in there was no sign of owner when my parents got to room the room was damp and bed in living room was broken following morning my parents couldn't find anyone to complain to and had to leave and find hotel I rang apartment and emailed apartment and was told that no way would they get refund so instead of costing my parents €420 it cost them €1020 for there accommodation it's a disgrace and these apartments should not be used
