I was a member of a tour that stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo iv hotel in Prague for September 15/ 16th 2025. The hotel ambience was lovely with its’ Art Deco vibe. Dinner at the restaurant was very pleasant. I particularly enjoyed having a glass of wine sitting in the amazing lobby. As a senior, my only concern were the stairs required to enter the hotel, however railings did help. After our bus tour left the hotel, I discovered that I had stupidly left an item in my hotel room. The staff of the Guest Relations office worked with me to find a way to ship this item, at a reasonable cost, to me in Canada. This required someone packaging the item and taking it to a post office for shipping. This staff went beyond their normal responsibilities. I appreciate a hotel that has such a staff. I do recommend you consider staying at the Carlo iv Hotel in Prague.
