180 reviewsbeautiful property on the lake. David at the resort office was very helpful & kind. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen & 1 bathroom. it was an apartment for 6 people, sofa cum bed in the drawing room. we were 3 of us so it was adequate. there was a Nice big balcony facing the lake. Only bad thing we had 1 bathroom! very comfortable bedding. free wifi, very good connection. nice kitchen with microwave, gas, dish washer, fully equipped with crockery cutlery. There was NO WASHING MACHINE, we were on a 20 day driving holiday so we wish they had one. lots of activities to do in the area. we were there in the month of May so weekends had tourists but weekdays the village was empty. Small supermarket COOP was opposite the Resort. we went to nearby villages & towns of Cesky Krumlov/ Ceske Budejovice/ Vyssi Brod / Holasovice & many other quaint little villages. We visited Linz, Mauthaussen Concentration Camp & beautiful town of Friedstad in Austria. Its very close to the border. There is a Duty free shop near Czech - Austria border, cheap to pick up alcohol chocolates etc.
