We were greeted by Michel the owner at 24 hour reception desk desk at 02.00, which was amazing after a long trip. The staff are so helpful, informative, booked taxi to airport- nothing was too much trouble! Communication was excellent from start to finish. Accommodation for our group of six was very clean, modern with daily cleaner and super comfortable beds. Lovely little touches such as Prosecco and provision of fruit. Easy access to centre of Prague. Good transport available but we walked everywhere and loved it!
