Really good

This is a terrible, terrible establishment. Compared to the other lower star hotels in the area it was quite expensive (cca 100USD/night with half board- on sale) which is a high price for this region.
When we arrived, we received a tight schedule regarding when we could eat (breakfeast 8-8:30, lunch (in the gym room!) 12-12:30, dinner 6p-6:30p. It is a spa hotel so when I asked when their pool is open I was informed from 2pm-7pm (???) and they did NOT supply towels or bath robes. When I asked whether they do, they looked at me like I had three heads. The more questions I asked the staff the more annoyed they were and the more attitude they started to give. 
We arrived at night, the dinner was abysmal and they sat us (permanently) at a small table with two other random people even though the restaurant had 20 more free tables. 
The rooms were shabby and the bathroom smelled. Paper thin walls allowed us to hear every argument every couple was having around us about this horrendous place;)
The next morning, my husband asked about their gym facilities which led us to a room the size of a closet, on the basement level, with three machines, a moldy smell and a stained carpet. I actually started to laugh because it was such a joke.
Every aspect of this establishment screams old communist era - rudeness, lack of services, lack of kindness and willingness to help and a complete lack of understanding what it means to offer good service to a paying client.
As another person on another website review said, the only good thing we did was that we left the next morning (even though the rest of the stay could not be refunded - 3 more nights!). It was simply not worth it to stay in such an abysmal place surrounded by unhappy, unkind people.
I am originally from this region and am used to "lack of luxury" or "high standards". However, even to me, this was really unacceptable!

Thus, if you end up going to Luhacovice because you want to relax, unwind and treat yourself, please find a different place. I am sure there are a number of neat places. This is not one of them, however.
