I have only stayed one night at this place (without breakfast so cant comment on this). Arrived around 7pm, the owner was no longer there, but when I called him, he explained me everything I needed to know. The location is really good, very close to the city center; little bit down the hill, but its not so bad). The room was spacious, with comfy bed, fridge, tv and free wifi. The only issue I had was with the room cleanness - there were some empty bottles left in the room and when I plugged in the fridge, there was really lots of dust in the corner and behind the cabinet. I brought this up to the owner the next morning and was glad to see that he was ready to take action and made the situation better.
