115 reviews+ Great location, in the middle of the best pedestrian shopping street (half way between Elisabeth spa and the end of the shopping street) + Very clean room and bathroom, towels and bed linen felt very fresh + Good planning of the rooms: quiet, high ceilings, beautiful large windows. Big bathroom with his and hers sinks. + Service was like at a 5 star hotel. Polite receptionists (I met three of them) willing to help you. They called my spa for me asking what I should bring with me and to check my schedule, kept track of when I was out of my room (they managed to clean it while I ate breakfast - I was surprised), made me gluten free porridge for breakfast since there were limited options for me otherwise. + Good breakfast. I'm gluten intolerant, meaning I can't have muesli, bread and the cakes. However, they served omelettes, porridge, fresh fruits and other things. + Good language skills - English, Russian, German. + Comfortable bed. - Pillows are big but too soft. That is seriously the only negative thing I have to say. Will definitely come again.
