First time staying in Karlovy Vary and we found a gem. Quick taxi ride from train station transported us into downtown Karlovy Vary and the hotel. Staff greeted us with champagne and took care of our bags. Reception staff was super nice and our room was truly amazing. We stayed in one of their suites overlooking downtown. Spa was okay…. We booked a morning in their salt cave and were joined by a younger guest who played video games on his phone and talked to friends loudly the whole time. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
