I've never stayed at a place this clean. There was not a speck of dust or a dot of stain. anywhere in the room or bathroom. The official photos are a true reflection of the actual state of the room. All the rooms are on the first floor so you need to carry your suitcase up the stairs (which are a little narrow). Our triple room faced the morning sun so it was not too hot in the afternoon (there is no aircon). But it is hard to sleep in because the light streams in through the bathroom and roof window despite the blinds. The room is not very big though, and you need to watch out for your head due to the sloping roof. But our heads survived, even the one sleeping on the single bed under the sloping wall (but only barely). Electric kettle and coffee is available at the common room downstairs but not in individual rooms. But there are only three rooms so it is fine to share. We felt safe here too - the main door was locked and card accessed, and so were the rooms. It is easy to walk to the town center too. Stay here so that you don't have to subject your suitcase wheels to the cobblestone streets in the old town. No food or grocery store in this area, so get what you need in the old town before returning here. The staff sat us down during check in to brief us on where to go and what to eat. Really appreciated her tips and resources. Check-out was a breeze and fuss-free. Just drop the key card and close the door behind you. They allowed luggage storage after check-out too. One thing to take note of though - the bus stop Spicak where Student Agency bus drops/picks you is on the opposite side of the main road, so you need to cross via overhead bridge.
