We stayed here with a Cuban friend and driver in order to visit the Alexendre de Humbolt National Park which is close by. We stayed for 4 nights so it was good that the hotel was greatly improved since our previous visit. Room maids and dining staff, reception staff indeed all staff friendly and helpful. It is not a hotel much used by tourists, but many Cuban business people seem to stay there or others attending conferences. The food was good and the buffet breakfast excellent. The swimming pool was very clean and wonderful! Thank you Miraflores.
