Horrible 5 days of quarantine in a single room. I was sent here after my reservation was canceled in the other hotel. Let me give you one because the room was clean. You can't open the balcony because insects enter. There is no fridge or minibar and no ice because they say no. There is TV without remote control and no buttons. There is water but the toilet drain mechanism was broken. Llamas at the bar-cafe because what you touch for breakfast makes you allergic and you need something else of the little they offer in the menu, and they tell you it's not available or they tell you yes and then they don't show up and when you check again they tell you there isn't.

Quarentena is the place to be.

Three months ago, I was in the Capri Hotel completing isolation. Being locked in a room there for so many days, I had quite a claustrophobia. I decided to book a bungalow in Villa Bacuranao hoping that the experience would be something more pleasant. Surprisingly, when I arrived at Havana airport, I was informed that I was transferred to another hotel... Villas Panamericanas. The truth is that I was very angry. The big surprise when I arrived at the hotel. My room (103) was huge! On entering there is a small living room with a satellite TV, dining room and kitchen space with a large refrigerator with a large closet. Separated a giant bedroom. The two rooms with air conditioning. A very large bathroom and an American balcony that is as long as 10 meters. The hotel is very tasteful and improvised... The hotel has four rooms and a very clean rooftop, but the hotel has a very high altitude.

Surprisingly good as a package insulation!

The experience is very negative, the rooms are horrible and with cockroaches, the beds with dirty savannahs, it's full of workers from the port of Mariel, there's no atmosphere at all. the breakfast, the worst I've tasted in Cuba. even if they happen to go, they're warned.

It never occurred to you to go to this hotel.

Given the distance from the center of Havana and the conditions the hotel presents, I highly recommend it if it is just for a night out and to party (disco with a lot of buzz until 4 am).

Hotel with minimum stay

On a 10-day trip, we should have been, according to our travel agency, staying in a hotel in the same category as originally planned. Unfortunately, we didn't, far from it, we ran into a real slump. No light bulb, a completely rusty faucet, no handles at the doors, a strong safe without doors, air conditioning for bare wires, of course no hot water, and the summit a nightclub under the room ensuring you a good night's rest from 5:00 a.m. if all goes well...and that's three hours.

I'm gonna wipe your pills off.

We were supposed to be staying in Havana for 3 nights, but oh surprise, I should say first surprise, our hotel booked for over a year is no longer available. So when we arrive we still have to take 45 minutes by bus to reach this creek. The rooms are dirty, old and impossible to close your eyes. The disco just underneath the rooms is running at full speed until 5:00 in the morning, when it doesn't move around the pool. The bathroom is like the rest, if you're lucky you have a water bath but in any case it's a cold shower.

Get out of here fast.

Very comfortable, well cared for, they offered me breakfast at a very affordable price and also dinner, plus transportation to the city guaranteed in an old car only for 5 cuc.

If you're used to the sights (let's say Brazil by the way) at this hotel, you're not going to have a good time. We stayed there because it was the only one my tour operator found in Havana for that date. With that background we didn't expect anything special about it. But everything went poorly. To start it's too far from any of the things you'd like to see in the city. We went to noon and sat in the lobby waiting for the room. Although the tour operator made a couple of attempts to solve the problem, we could get a couple of cries from the reception desk that (in front of us) had to end our daily routine.

It's also nice to stop in the eastern part of Havana. The underwear is fresh, the air conditioning is working, there is a bar and a disco nearby. Breakfast is modest but you can eat! The view of the open terrace is a little confusing (it hasn't been renovated for a long time, some garbage was spilled).

Everything is in place, prices are acceptable...

It has an outdoor swimming pool and a gym that, although slightly deteriorating, offers the guest an option to enjoy.
