Kate husband and son Daniel were friendly and welcoming. Accommodation had homely touches was clean & air conditioned and had a spectacular view. We had fridge small kitchen washing machine and private shower room across the corridor

We had a fantastic view from our room of the ocean and beaches. Some cutlery and a fridge in our room and a washing machine available along with WiFi. Owners were lovely and provided us with towels and bedding. Aircon in the room which was a must have.

We booked through expedia and we're very happy with our choice! We had a nice balcony with a great view of Srebreno beach. Our hosts were lovely and Petar was so helpful with booking excursions and helping us with airport transfers. We had a little fridge and some cutlery as well as a kettle in the room. Its very close to the beach, supermarket and on the bus route to Dubrovnik and the old town.  Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to stay just outside of dubrovnik city.

Clean rooms with awesome view!

Excellent accommodation

Great place to stay for a few days

We paid for a double room with small kitchen, but when we arrived it turned out that both kitchen AND bathroom were separate rooms. We had to go through the hallway shared with at least 2 other guest rooms to shower, go to the toilet or make our breakfast.

The walls are so thin that you can hear normal conversations from the rooms next to you, we could see directly into our neighbor's balcony (it was only covered by some plants) and the entire place is just poorly built with constantly humid bathrooms and rickety furniture.

The place is run by a family (mom, dad, adult son) who are bumbling amateurs. The parents speak only Croatian and the son speaks only mediocre English. They're friendly enough, but completely unprofessional. On our last day, there was some sort of misunderstanding between the family and the "manager" of the hotel regarding the check-out time. This resulted in in us getting yelled at and insulted over the phone because we insisted on the time that was promised to us by the staff.

This is not a 3-star establishment. It should definitely be 2 and possibly just 1 (especially since the service is non-existent).
