+The place was very close to center
+There were kittens around (plus for us because we like cats)
+Quite place
+Parking place available
+Coffee machine available.
+Neighbours were very friendly.
+ We can easily fit 5 people

- No credit card available
- Dishes were barely washed when we arrived. (Somehow dirty)
- very small place to eat. (We had to squeeze to fit into the balcony)



Moderate to bad

The room we got was alright considering we only stayed for two nights and it was very cheap. But on our arrival we understood the reason why: the hostess was really annoying asking about payment and pushing us to rent her bikes over and over.
Otherwise we loved the town of Stari Grad but don't bother with this guesthouse, just book anything else that's available.

Don't bother

The place is nice, the location is ok, but the woman in charged can be a nightmare. 
She is very pushy when it comes to money, and asked us to pay 3 times in 10 minutes, following us in the room, before we even had the time to put our bags on the floor. Probably because she knew that something was wrong...
We stayed 4 nights, and we had to change room 3 times. She overbooks the rooms, and you can end up in a dark smelly room downstair full of the family linen, and mosquitos. We had to threaten to leave to have an acceptable room, but then she changed us again. 
We've seen her pressuring people for money everyday, which is very annoying.
On top of that, she kept asking us if we wanted to rent her bikes. If i say no once, or twice, it means NO. No need to ask me 3 times a day. Some people needs to understand that pressuring clients is not a good option.
This is a waste of a valuable place. 
I don't even know what to say about the cats invasion, full of fleeces and following you everywhere...
