Best local experience ever. Room is very clean and warm. Unique experience not to be missed! Host is warm and very friendly and catered to our every need. Location is very convenient and very close to old town.

Host was lovely and went out of her way to make us welcome. You can tell this is a family run home and was a very old building. I think from memory it was 200 or 300 years old. We stayed one night as we were getting on a boat tour the following morning. Great location and close to nice beach, boat docks, bus station.

Excellent Room and Services

Host was lovely and great location

We booked this place for the location and on that basis in certainly delivered. Rooms Duran is right on Bacvice beach and only about 5 minutes walk to the ferry port, railway station and bus terminal. It took less than 15 minutes to walk into the centre of the old town too. We only paid around £60 so we weren’t expecting much but I have to say that if we’d have been planning to stay for more than one night we would have checked out early. The room itself was very dusty and filled with so many ornaments and inexplicable clutter that it was difficult to move around without knocking things over. Irritatingly, there was only a thin piece of gauze covering the street level window, meaning that we were forced to get changed it the cramped and rather damp-smelling bathroom. Certainly it is very convenient but it might be worth looking slightly further afield for a more comfortable stay.

Fantastic location - but is it worth it?

The hotel room was tinyes i have ever seen. No balcony, poor cleaning. If you need just a room for a sleep, this is good for you. The beach is nereby and city also. If you need nice shower, good cleaning and spending time beautiful environment,  dont go there. Family who runs the hotel was friendly.

Poor but good location

The location was good. But it ends there. The staff was rude and not polite, trying to threat us with the payment, knocked on the doors on all different times a day and constantly whining. The rooms are extremely small and the bathroom is the worst I have ever seen.The "kitchen" is one small sink, one stove and 3-4 forks. Even if the price is good, it is NOT worth it. The wifi did not work. I felt so relieved when we checked out after only three days... STAY AWAY!!!
