Great Star and area is Safe.  Staff very friendly.

Nicely renovated inside and very clean. Good service as well!

The hotel is 5 minutes walking to the bus station and all the restaurants very close and walkable distance to the palace, the bathroom is clean and the checking was easy and the lady very nice person so i am happy with the stay

it's spacious and recently remodeled. everything is clean. well maintained.  will stay again.

The management was extremely helpful with providing the driver from the airport.  Our flight was delayed and they were waiting for us when we did arrive!  The driver was so nice to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room.  The location is ideal for the harbor, easy walk and all downhill if you are traveling with your bags to catch a boat.  In the morning the mgmt was kind to place a call to our boat to advise the location in the harbor.  All of the service was excellent and appreciated.  The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet.  Thank you!

The property was clean, bed comfortable and suited our needs for two nights. The only drawback is two flights of stairs to navigate suitcases. Close to everything especially the bus and train station.

Great communication when booking. Very well located to trains and to port. Very friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. 3 flights of stairs to contend with and no lift was the only downside.

The apartment was perfectly situated close to the bus station, airport transfer stop and tour pickup points with easy access to all the sights of Split, just a few minutes walk from the shops and many restaurants, and, of course the Diocletian Palace. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well fitted out with a fridge, kettle and complementary chocolates and biscuits. Excellent spacious bathroom with great shower. Check in and access to keys etc. were very straightforward. Our bed was made up and room cleaned daily.

Excellent location

The property was wasy to locate wasn't far from bus terminal. Very local to all transportation, train, ferry and taxis services. 5-10 minute walk to make attractions. Accommodation is room only but plenty of restaurants available with a short walking distance. Hotel located on second floor of building very clearly signed. Need to inform of exact time arrival but there is a code to access lobby. Room are very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, fridge.and safe. Room cleaned daily. Had a room with balcony but views limited as room situated at rear. The rooms seems more spacious in pictures but not so in reality.The hotel is not always manned but can be contactable via Expedia app. Would highly recommended great value for money. Overall felt safe in hotel and area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Can’t beat this property for location to ferries and promenade. Clean and updated small room with balcony. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was neat and tidy, although I noticed the water didn’t actually get that hot (not an issue during summer). Only real downside was some noise during the night as it is so close to the restaurants, bars and clubs.

Besides the room being a bit tight size wise this was a great stay. We were able to drop bags at 8am after getting off an overnight ferry, then check in later. The reception and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was great, port and bus/train station 3 mins one way and the old town 3 mins the other.There was a small fridge and kettle which was ideal for easy breakfasts with a number of supermarkets within a few mins. The room was also quiet and dark. All very modern and well appointed, the bathroom was very clean. Only issue was the tv remote batteries were flat, but we weren't there to watch tv.

Ideal location, easy check in and lovely room

This property was in a perfect location for the shuttle from the airport and ferry to nearby islands.The Riva (port) is only 5 mins away. It’s not in the trendy part of Split but I would still highly recommend as it’s so near to everything.The room is not particularly big but enough for 2 with very good showers. It was a nice touch that they had Netflix on TV too,Only negative is that there is no daily maid service. The property just change the towels and empty the bins. We were fine with this but was somewhat surprised.

Perfect location, about a block from the old town so it was convenient to come back in the middle of the day for a break. The street was noisy but when the windows were shut it was super quiet. They have AC so it wasn't an issue. The room was spacious and clean. I will say 1 evening the shower didn't get warm/hot but it was fine the next morning so one of the other very few guest probably used up all the hot water. It wasn't an issue for us.

Positives - friendly helpful staff. Great location, modern room, with new bathroom. Had everything we needed. Cons - room was veeerryy small, difficult to fit 2 people and 2 suitcases in. No space under bed to put suitcase away. Balcony overlooked back of casino and seemed to be a prime spot for bird poo

Clean, great location, but small

Very confusing when you walk in the door. There is no front desk. There is no sign telling you where to go. A note on the door telling you this is a hotel would help. I had to ask the business next door where the hotel was. Once inside, everything exceeded my expectations. Great stay after initial confusion.

The location of the hotel is perfect it is only 5 minutes max walk from the port and the main centre. The hotel itself is lovely, I’m not going to lie we were a little apprehensive when we were dropped off at a green door with limited signage but once you go inside upstairs to the hotel it is lovely! On arrival, the staff were very friendly and pointed out on a map places of recommendation which was very helpful as we had never been before. The room was very clean and the beds were very very comfy!! All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely go back and recommend it!
