Perfect apartment for two. Less than 5 minutes walk into town passing taverns, bars and a supermarket. The host is super friendly. Small but fully working kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom. Bed is comfortable too. Perfect location and fully recommended.

Lovely wee apartment right in the heart of the old town in split. Walking distance to so many attractions. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean. The owner of the property was very helpful and pleasant. On arrival we found that he had left us a bottle of wine and some beers in the fridge. Very close to supermarket and lots of restaurants, shops and bakeries. Would definitely recommend it. A big thank you to the owner.

recently returned from a short break to the beautiful city of split. Before we arrived I mailed the apartments to ask for directions from the bus station, and were promptly sent detailed, easy to follow in strucgions which made the apartments easy to find amongst the maze of little streets and alleyways that make up the lovely area of Varos. We arrived early bug were able to gain access to our small 1 bedroom apartment from the owners who live on site, and their daughter in law, Maya who speaks perfect English arrived later to check us in and give any details we requested. I was amazed by all the little touches that was provided in the apartment - 2 cans of beer, water and juice, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, washing powder and fabric softener and even an array of spices, as well as books, dvd's, stereo large tv - in fact absolutely every thing needed for a self catering stay.
The location was fab a few minutes from lovely restaurants, and 5 mins from the Riva, and diocletian palace, and a lovely walk up the street and steps to Marjan hill. The apartments are slightly uphill, so anyone with walking difficulties may find it  too difficult to access.
The apartments are not decorated in a modern style - more like staying in your favourite Croatian Aunts house 😊. If I had to find anything slightly negative to say it would be that the bed was slightly hard and only had to pillows that were very flat, wasn't a problem as we used the cushions of the sofa to higher the pillows.  W would recommend for a friendly, no frills stay near to centre with everything you could need provided. Thank you Maya and family for a lovely stay 

The apartment we stayed in (2-3 people) was lovely and bright and airy and well provided for with everything you might need supplied for cleaning and cooking. The location is ideal for exploring both Marjan Park and the old city whilst being very quiet at night ensuring that our 3 year old was not woken by city noise. Maya and Jure were really friendly and helpful arranging transfers to and from the airport and responded quickly to emails. I'd recommend the apartments to anybody visiting Split.
It wasn't an issue for us, but those with mobility needs may find this apartment unsuitable as it is located in a courtyard with steps and the apartment itself is on the first floor. 

If you prefer quiet and clean room, this is your choice. Wifi worked perfectly and room was well equpped (for example washing machine!). Maja gave some ideas how to explore Split  which was very nice and gave us many ideas. I really recommend this place!

Well worth it, we stayed for Ultra festival and 3 days after. Really quiet area with all shos close by. Beaches not far away and loads of restaurants near by.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment is very small so I wouldn’t want to stay for a longer period, however, it was clean and had everything you needed. We received excellent directions from the owners and were met by a lovely lady. You can only pay by cash so make sure you have enough to pay for your stay. The washing machine was a bonus.

Kinda tricky to find the place without roaming or a good wifi connection. Pleasant, friendly hosts, happy to check us in as early as they could.
Room was small, bathroom was even smaller!
Washing machine was a nice bonus.

Pleasant enough experience in Split

Quiet and clean!

We stayed in the studio apartment for 3 nights. We enjoyed our time in Split.
The apartment is in a great location, a short stroll down the hill, walking past restaurants and a supermarket to get to the main front of Split. You can also go up the hill to Marjan Park which has beautiful views over the city. The beach is a bit further, but still within reasonable walking distance. All these parts of the city are lovely and interesting areas.
The apartment has a comfy bed, a kitchen area and a shower room / toilet.
We found the apartment a little cramped for space, so any longer than 3 nights could be a challenge. 
Overall, I would say that this apartment represented great value for money. We paid approx £25 per night, which included being greeted by Maya, who let us know how to get to places of interest and a couple of tins of beer and some juice in the fridge. If your plan is to cook and eat in the apartment I would not recommend this as it will be very tight.
The area of Varos has a lot of character and is a nice location to stay in Split.
The studio apartment is small but good value.
