Guesthouse Tomas

At the centre of the palace so great location and very close to the ferry port, a little noisy but that's to be expected, the host is very welcoming and friendly. The guesthouse is a little unusual due to the way it's laid out but we had a double bedroom and private bathroom. A great stop for a flying visit in split. 


We arrived in split and after a little difficulty in finding the guesthouse among the narrow streets, once we did find it and got inside we were pleasantly surprised. The guesthouse is very clean and fresh and in the Center of the palace so everything is at your door once you get out of the guesthouse. Very pleasant experience.

Clean, fresh and very central

Not true to pictures at all - a hallway covered in faeces will welcome you.  Overwhelming aromas will tantalise your senses with hints of urine and poo..  Overflowing bins on the outside, a shaky bannister and generally a nightmare.

Welcome to the House of Hell

We booked this for our group of 9 and when we arrived the alleyway leading to the enterance was covered in urine and there was a man rummaging through a bin. The close leading up to the apartment was run down and covered in feaces. The railing on the stairs was loose and one of our party tripped as it came away from the stairs. The apartment inside was not as described and clearly wasn't big enougb for our party size. 6 beds were squeezed into one small room which was meant to take 8 of us while another dirty sofa bed was present at the far side of the property. Avoid this property.

Absolute disgrace - feaces everywhere

Worst smell & first impression of any "guesthouse"If you can make it past the faeces  infested hallway, you will find yourself entering a 1 bedroom flat with 10 beds crammed inside & it looks absolutely nothing like what you see on the photos.
