Villa Espero

This accommodation offered us everything we look for in terms of location, comfort, quality and views. Nadi provides an outstanding level of service from the moment she welcomes you to Villa Espero. There are beach mats, umbrellas and many other extras which you can borrow during your stay. She gave us loads of tips about what to see in the area and all the shortcuts to use to get into the lovely town and onto the beautiful beaches. Located directly across the water from the fortress, the views are fabulous by day and night. The marina is just below the apartment so you can watch the boats coming and going all day and enjoy the fortress illuminated by night. We ate on the fabulous balcony several times as it was just about the best view in town with amazing sunsets. The studio is actually bigger than some of the apartments we stayed in during our 2 weeks Croatian island hopping. It is light and airy with triple patio doors opening onto the large balcony. The table and chairs were good qulaity and there was a drying rack with pegs provided. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped- including a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Nadi had left us wine, water and chocolate in the fridge- much appreciated. The large wrought iron bed with crisp, white, quality bedding was the most comfortable I have ever had in holiday accommodation. The air-con is super-quiet and very efficient. There was a large wardrobe with ample storage space and hangers provided. The bathroom was a good size with a great rainshower. Towels were large, soft and fluffy. There was even a little lantern to light your candle on the balcony for your nightly glass of wine. I would highly recommend this studio- we loved everything about it.
