Guest House Marija's place

My partner and I were very happy with our stay. The location is a 10/10 and really in the heart of the old town! If you're looking to stay in Dubrovnik like a local (and with a local) then this is the place for you. The room and bathroom are in the same house as the host but are separated with a sliding door that you can lock. The bathroom has a bath-shower and basin, the centre room/hallway has a small fridge and a tea & coffee (+kettle) station. The bedroom is lockable and has air-conditioning (saviour) and a window overlooking a beautiful street. Many pamphlets, maps and restaurant guides were on the bookshelf which helped us to kick-start our trip. The photo I have added is the cute street the house/apartment is located on. As mentioned, if you're looking to stay like a local at a good price - this is the place for you! -------- Nothing we didn't like! If you really want the 'nitty-gritty' then note that there are a few stairs to get up with your luggage to the apartment and a few indoor once in the apartment building (but all places in the old town are like this), the hosts stays next door (in the same house as you) so you can't be loud at night and you should probably grab a city map on your way into Dubrovnik to find the place (maps are available at the airport, as you enter the old town on the small stands and at the tourist center just inside by the Pile gate into Old Town) but once you have found the place once, it's easy to locate the next time without a map.
