Area was awesome. Our host was responsive, drove across town to bring us fresh towels when we ran out! Right on the promenade. Walkable to all the old town architecture and sights. Really loved this room. Clean, stocked.

Excellent location right in the wall of the palace. Very close to everything. Room was clean and easy to find.

The entrance was not easy to find but it is right on the promenade by the harbour.  The view out the window was awesome

Such a good location in Split. Easy walk to eating places and attractions. Beautiful ocean views, a bonus. We were greeted and had an explanation of the property and how to access it. We were also given an extensive list of places to eat - which was useful. Room was very clean and air con worked well. A small fridge was a bonus to keep drinks/food if needed. There is no lift in the building, which may be a problem for some. Would happily stay here again.

Simply one of the best locations you can find in Split. Whichever way you turn, you are right in the middle of it.  Everything is at your feet plus the ocean view is just fantastic. We were greeted by Karlo and he explained everything regarding the property and provided a list of restaurants, places of interest and activities you can do.  Very well received.   Just be prepared to carry your luggage up a number of stairs/floors which was a surprise. There is no lift.  When you are not travelling light, sure does take it out of you. The rooms are very well maintained and clean.  Only thing I would say, it would have been nice to have more towels and pillows.I would be more than happy to stay there again.

The apartment was beautifull! Very clean and well designed and decorated. And the location right on the Riva was fantastic. Easy walking to everything - waterfront restaurants, the old town, ferries, bus, the open market. The only negative is the entry area. It’s in an unlit, dark alley with graffiti, kind of scary, especially at night. And the stairwell to the room is grimy with some graffiti too. So we were very apprehensive at our first impression, and pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the actual room was! Would definitely stay there again.

Outstanding. We had a city view room and it was beautiful. Large room and big bathroom. Fantastic shower. Everything was spotless. Lots of storage space and hangers. Kettle and iron provided.Bed is very comfy. Its a hard bed but thats mt preference. Amazing location. Right on the old town, very hand for any tours or boat trips as right on the Promenade. Even with the location we never heard a noise at night from outside nor other guests.We were dueo arrive 5 hours before check in but the hotel had been in contact days before and knew we were arriving early. They were going to meet us early so we could store our bags. Our flight ended up being delayed but we still arrived 2 hours before check in. I was in contact with the hotel on Expedia chat and Karlo turned up very shortly after I messaged to say we had arrived. He had asked the cleaner to do our room first as we were arriving early, and as such the room was ready! Such a little effort from him that made a big difference to our stay as we could immediately freshen up and head out to enjoy the town.

The room was very modern, updated, and comfortable. The location is excellent -- right on the Riva just steps to the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, with a direct view of the harbor. Yet it was quiet at night. The air conditioning worked well, which was very appreciated during the heat of July-August. Karlo gave us good suggestions for restaurants. Highly recommended.

Unit was perfect, well located in Split! Our hosts were great, arranged pick up from the airport (separate cost) and provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations. We tried a few and they were all good. Everything was very clean, quiet unit despite being on the Riva! Our only comment would be to upgrade the towels and/or provide a second set.

Perfect location! We didn’t realize this room was in an old building without an elevator, so we had to carry our 50lbs suitcase up five flights. Also, there isn’t any turn down service - no one cleans the room and if you need clean towels you have to text the owners. The owners are very responsive on WhatsApp though and got us what we needed. The bathroom is very small and there isn’t enough counter space. The room is spacious for two people and two suitcases. The property is right on the main strip you have access to everything. I’d stay here again!

Great unit in Split! Highly recommend.

The staff was great and met us with a key when we arrived then carried my bag to the room. Everything was very clean and the bed was very spacious which can be hard to find in Europe. We actually switched rooms mid-stay because we weren't able to book the sea view room for the entire time. The staff was very accommodating and got the new room ready quickly and transfered our things. The bathroom in the sea view room is much smaller than the room without a view. Just a stand up shower, sink and toilet compared to double sinks, a shower, bath, toilet and a little more room to walk around. One thing that was fine for us but not made clear is these rooms require a 3 to 4 floor walk up. Also, an extra pillow would have been nice. The only coffee provided is instant coffee. If that's not ideal you'll have to go out but depending on how early (we had a tour to catch at 7) coffee shops won't be open. Last, cleaning and towel service does not happen throughout your stay. If you're messy or need things changed this might not be for you. Overall we found it clean, cozy, and a great location that was very well sounds proofed from the busy promenade.

Carlos was wonderful, responsive and made recommendations.  Beautiful rooms, very comfy beds.   Bath a bit small but we are a family of 4.  Hot water runs out quicker than Carlos Said it would.  Heated overnight and next morning barely provided one warm military shower. 64 stairs to the room we weren’t aware of. No elevator. Washer but lay out on rack to dry.Could use a large table top or dresser.  Had to lay out cloths out on each couch. Do have a hanging rack.  Takes AC a while to cool rooms.  A room divider would be nice for a little privacy depending on who is staying there. Tiny refrigerator cools but weak so we didn’t buy milk.  Pigeons noisy mornings as loud mating sounds outside bath window.  Funny but could be annoying for some.  Loud with window closed. Charming place and great price and location center of promenade.

Great with few cautions

This is a hotel that I would most definitely return to on my next visit to Split. The room had the most beautiful view in an amazing location, with the Adriatic Sea in front of the room, and the old city behind it. It is a close walk to the catamaran. This location does come with a price though. Being in the heart of everything means there will be noise. But that noise is nonexistent when you close the window. I am from Jersey, so I left the window open. The room is also in the third floor, but I personally didn't feel climbing the steps was that bad. If you are planning to visit Croatia plan to walk a lot and climb many steps. In Dubrovnik, I totaled 28,000 steps and 99 floors. Besides these two issues, the room is very clean and very beautiful. The bathroom was very clean and good size. My recommendation bring your shampoo and conditional, and extra body wash (as I normally do when I am not staying in a hotel). They definitely came in handy.
