It's a great option if you want to save some money. The staff are amazing and it's a quiet and safe place with security. It's my second time staying there and it's great 👍

It is an inexpensive, clean place, within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and safe with security.

Nice and clean property, friendly staff, very accommodating with special requests.

It was good. We really liked it because it has the essentials to have a good sleep. We just wished that breakfast would be included for the price we payed.

Fine for the price and our needs but very run down and not very clean. Staff was excellent. If you're looking for a really cheap place and aren't particular, it'll do.

It was close to where we needed to be to meet family and friends. I didn't like all the traffic noise as our room was so close to busy street.We only needed a room for the night so it was ok.

Run down, shower didn’t work, did not include the promised breakfast.

Not a bad option

This place has so much potential but it's apparent the owners do not wish to invest anything to make it more profitable. No hot water (not advertised). Pool was empty, not advertised (2 months after the storm still not re-filled). Wi-fi available only if you are near the front desk, not in room. Very limited front desk staff mostly never there. Little English spoken. Rooms were dirty, mattress springs broken, air conditioner dripped on to the corner of my bed and I had a broken bidet and jetted tub that was inoperable and severely cracked. No matter-there was only cold water anyway. NO COFFEE anywhere! No breakfast. I had to leave every morning so I just stayed away all day.The only thing that made this stay good is that the staff in the rest./bar were exceptional! They made my stay worth it. They were pleasant, funny and friendly. I was the only "guest" in a 12-room "hotel" and no one ever came to the bar to eat besides me and once a Canadian couple came for dinner. I was there 7 days and 6 nights! NO OTHER GUESTS!Unless they did serious renovations, I would never stay there again!. There were cabins down the road that were much more hospitable and I wish I would have stayed there! Love the bar staff though!!!!!

Underwhelming

I get there a little past 7pm. and there is no receptionist only the guard. He looks me up on a list and I’m not there so he sends me away. I had to beg him to please call someone because I did already pay through Expedia and had no other place to go. After a while I finally got a room.  This place is in horrible condition it’s about to collapse. There’s mold everywhere. I thought the roof was going to fall on me. And because of it there were mosquitos inside coming in through these holes of mold. I couldnt sleep it seemed like the bed cover hasn’t been washed in a while I was grossed out. Unless it’s an extreme emergency and you have nowhere else’s to go, like in my case, don’t stay here.

Please save yourselves the money. I’ve been traveling for a while and this property looked abandoned, even our driver was concerned.1. Super dirty. We never took our shoes off because the floors and everything was dirty. Including keeping our sandals on in the shower. Sheets were stained with old blood or poop, hard to tell. Towel was visibly dirty and stained.2 the “shower/tub” was in disrepair and literally a pipe out of the wall. Couldn’t close the shower door and it was questionable how long the “soap” dispenser was there.3. Mould around the a/c so we didn’t even turn it on. The hairdryer was broken.4 super noisy, paper thin walls and construction all around the hotel.5. No pool or restaurant. Both were in severe disrepair and haven’t been functioning in decades. 6. Ants in the room, including I had them crawling on me and waking me up several times. 7 limited time staff is there and main person didn’t speak any English. The one maid seemed nice but again everything was super dirty and we only got 1 dirty towel for two people.
